Within ten days of delivery, you may return your parts for any reason without having to ask for a reason. We accept returns on items still covered by warranties; just get in touch with your account manager and give them your work order number and the details of the return. With your cooperation, we'll process a refund. There is a 25% restocking fee for returns. Please be sure to package the material you're returning in its original packing and check to see if it may still be sold.
All orders are pending approval by Airex and, in the case of products not kept in stock by Airex, confirmation by Airex; they are not final and binding until Airex accepts them. Airex maintains the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order. When products are offered based on a description or a sample, Airex will make every effort to provide products that match the description or sample. Airex won't be held responsible for any variation in the products outside of its control, nevertheless. Any free technical assistance provided to the Buyer in connection with the use of any products is a courtesy. The purchaser is in charge of determining the suitability and application of any products they purchase. The seller is in no way accountable or liable for the advice offered or how it is used.
The Buyer understands that, notwithstanding the possibility that the products may be in transit or in the care of Airex's delivery agent, the products shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Buyer at the time they leave Airex's premises. All delivery and freight fees, charges, taxes, and levies are the responsibility of the buyer. Within five days after delivery, you must submit any claims for mistakes or under delivery. While Airex will make every effort to deliver products within the time limits specified by the Buyer in its purchase, Airex is not responsible for any losses suffered by the Buyer because of delays, and the Buyer is not permitted to cancel the order.
